LOCATION
Avenium Residence is located in the Hole�ovice area of Prague 7, approximately 2.5 kilometres north-east of the city centre in the curve of the Vltava River.
This area is fast becoming the new business district of Prague, due to massive regeneration being carried out as the government has invested heavily in flood protection after the 2002 floods.

Avenium Residence has excellent tram and road links direct to the centre in only 5-10 minutes. The driving time to the city centre is about five minutes, depending on the traffic.
