LOCATION
Avenium Residence is located in the Holešovice area of Prague 7, approximately 2.5 kilometres north-east of the city centre in the curve of the Vltava River.
This area is fast becoming the new business district of Prague, due to massive regeneration being carried out as the government has invested heavily in flood protection after the 2002 floods.
Avenium Residence has excellent tram and road links direct to the centre in only 5-10 minutes. The driving time to the city centre is about five minutes, depending on the traffic.
A key feature of this development is that it is located right next to one of the biggest residential and commercial developments in Prague - the J&T Tower City development. This will offer 95,000 sqm of floor space in 40 storey’s.
The Lighthouse Tower office block, which was completed in 2004, is also located two blocks away from Avenium Residence.
The area of Holešovice has become a popular location for the development of office centres. In addition to the Lighthouse Tower and J&T Tower City, major business areas include ToKovo, the Rosemarin Business Centre and Hall Office Park.
